About Us Growing up on his family's Indiana farm, Phil Wolf learned how to live, work, and build from the ground up. Whether it was in the field planting or constructing farm buildings from native timber alongside his father, Phil learned the value of careful, thoughtful, quality work. After moving to Fort Wayne and joining the real estate industry, Phil saw an opportunity to use the skills and values he gained growing up to produce homes for the community. Phil made his dream reality begining in 1987. Starting slowly, Phil built a business by constructing quality homes of superb value. Wolf Homes is now a family affair, with Phil's nephew Marc Williams having recently joined the company. Wolf homes provides outstanding value in it's homes by keeping overhead low. We have no fancy offices, no fleet of trucks, and only 2 full time employees (including Phil!). We work directly with our customers, from planning through post-closing service. Custom work is taken care of one-on-one. Our streamlined nature provides a direct link between customers and field operations.
